Welcome to RenewMe! We are excited for you to become part of our global mission to enhance Mental Health Awareness and create a world of life balance.
You can use RenewMe anytime, anywhere. Our superapp is designed to be quickly and effectively utilized while you work or do other daily tasks. Many of our audio tracks are only 1-2 minutes in length, making it easy to listen with your headphones/AirPods when you are busy on the go!
For your personal safety and to get the most out of the meditations, affirmations, and bedtime stories, it is recommended that before you listen to them, you should find a peaceful place without distractions. Close your eyes and put both feet on the floor or lay down so that you can be more grounded while immersing yourself in the content while on your journey to greater relaxation. You might also consider turning on Airplane mode or enabling Do Not Disturb mode before pressing ‘play’ to listen to your favorite meditation. Click here to learn more about silencing notifications.
Prior to iOS 15, enabling “Do Not Disturb” on your iPhone included a setting where you could choose to either silence incoming calls and notifications at all times, or else block them only when your iPhone was locked. With the release of iOS 15, the iPhone operating system removes the “Do Not Disturb” option that silenced notifications only when the iPhone was locked. “Do Not Disturb” is now a full Focus Mode option, and there is no equivalent setting in Focus Mode, so there is no longer an option for you to receive notifications when the iPhone is unlocked and silence them when it’s not in use. With the new Focus Mode, it’s all or nothing — incoming calls and notifications will be silenced while your iPhone is either locked or unlocked.
Our meditations, affirmations and other audios are powerful tools that can help you find balance in your life. However, it’s important to remember that this journey to a greater sense of life balance starts from within. To truly fully reap the benefits offered by meditation and mindfulness, you need to cultivate strength and wisdom within yourself.
One way to do this is by keeping an open mind and an open heart. As you listen to the various meditations and inspirational audios offered through this app, pay attention to which ones resonate positively with you and your lifestyle. Everyone is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. Experiment, and don’t be afraid to try new things.
Ultimately, the goal is to find what works best for you. By doing so, you’ll be better equipped to lead a more balanced life, and in turn, contribute to creating a more balanced world for everyone. Remember, every little bit counts, so don’t be too hard on yourself if progress is slow. Just keep at it with a curious mind and an open heart, and you’ll eventually find your way.
