If you need to reset or change your password through RenewMe, you can do so by going to clicking Profile Icon in the bottom right corner of RenewMe menu. On the Profile screen go to “Account Information.”
On Account Information screen click on password, and then enter in your current password in the “Current Password” slot, then type in your new password in the “New Password” slot. Then save the new password.
Forgot Password While Logging In
If you forgot you password when logging into RenewMe, you can log back into your account with an easy One Tap. Just click “Forgot Password” on the Login page and “Enter your Email” on the Forgot Password page. After that you will be directed to check your email and click on the link there, which will then automatically log you back into RenewMe.
Once you are logged in, you may change your password in your profile under “Account Information”. The “Profile” can be accessed by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of RenewMe.
