You can access “Help & Support” by going to the RenewMe Profile screen. First find RenewMe Profile by clicking the Profile Icon on the bottom right corner of the RenewMe Home menu. After you enter into the Profile, go to“ABOUT US” then “Help & Support”.
In our help and support you can easily access information to help answer many of your questions, and navigate RenewMe and subsidiaries Soulscape and Spascape.
