If you have accessed a list of Pep Talks from the Meditations Screen, you will also receive notifications to your phone periodically. You can deactivate receiving notifications by turning off notifications.
You can access “Notifications” by going to the RenewMe Profile screen. First find Profile Icon on the bottom right corner of the RenewMe Home menu. After you enter into the Profile, go to “Notifications”.
You may also change notifications by going to your Apple iPhone’s Settings screen. Go to Settings > Notifications > Siri Suggestions, find RenewMe listed there, and deselect and/or change Notifications.
