Refunds on Subscriptions

RenewMe does not directly offer refunds, and our product purchases are non-refundable. If you believe a purchase was made in error please cancel your subscription in the Apple store to avoid further fees.

You must make cancellations through Apple subscriptions, which can be accessed by going to:

  1. Apple Settings
  2. Apple ID
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Click on RenewMe to Cancel Plan

Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to RenewMe through iTunes will need to directly reach out to Apple with any refund requests. They generally are capable of honoring refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date, but this is done at their discretion. You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.
