Restore Purchase

You may check the status of your subscription and change your plan by going to the “Profile” screen on your app by clicking on the profile icon on the bottom right corner of the RenewMe Home screen.

Once you enter the RenewMe Profile screen, go to “MY ACCOUNT” and the “Restore Purchase”. You will see whether your subscription is active or expired. If it is expired you may click on “Restore Purchase” to subscribe, or upgrade and change your plan.
