Self-Help Apps

You can access “Self-Help Apps” by going to the RenewMe Profile screen. First find RenewMe Profile by clicking the Profile Icon on the bottom right corner of the RenewMe Home menu. After you enter into the Profile, go to “RESOURCES” then “Self-Help Apps”.

The Self-Help Apps screen provides a list of other self-help apps available to foster and enhance self-growth. The apps are grouped into categories such as “Mindfulness” and “Self-Growth.”

Self-help apps can provide various tools and resources for individuals to enrich their personal growth and wellbeing.

Under the “Mindfulness” category, apps such as 3-minute Mindfulness, Aura, Calm, etc. can help users develop mindfulness and meditation practices. These apps usually provide guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindfulness exercises to help users reduce stress, increase focus and awareness, and improve overall mental health.

Under the “Self-Growth” category, apps like 29k: Mental Health app, DareMe, Deepstash: Key Ideas, etc. offer a wide range of resources and tools to help users improve their mental health and wellbeing. These apps often provide self-help articles and videos, personalized challenges and reminders, and other resources to help users set and achieve their personal goals. They also help users track their progress, develop better habits, and overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression.
