To upgrade or change your plan, first you must cancel your existing plan, then upgrade to a new plan in settings through your Apple ID.
First, cancel your existing plan by going to:
- Apple Settings
- Apple ID
- Click on RenewMe to Cancel Plan
Second, subscribe to a new plan of choice by clicking any of the locked areas of the app, which will pop up a Subscription page, or go to the Profile icon to the bottom right corner of the menu on the RenewMe Home screen to “Manage Subscription”.
